Private Classified Ads

If you have - or are looking for - rare military-historical memorabilia and antiques, photos,
documents, certificates, medals or autographs, you can place a classifield ad under the
heading "Private Classified Ads"

Private classified ads can be published under "Offer" and "Search" categories.

Prices for private classifield ads:

3 lines (150 characters) = 5 Euro per month
7 lines (350 characters) = 8 Euro per month

Up to 4 photos in addition = 5 Euro per month
We offer a 20 % discount for ads that are placed for a 12-month period.
On the first page of our website = 100 Euro per month

How can i place an ad?

1. Placing a "Private classified ad"

You can place an ad using the contact form(red button) "Contact us" or directly per email
at: info@germanautographs.de

To do this , send the advertising copy and inform us under which category "Offer" or "Search"
you ad should be placed, as well as the desired ad placement duration.

If you ad includes photos, please send high-resolution photos to: info@germanautographs.de

2. Payment for your"Private classified ad"

After your order has been accepted and the invoice has been received, the advertising rate must
be paid per advance payment (PayPal or bank transfer) within 7 days. Ads must not be expressly
cancelled as they are automatically removed from the website upon non-payment of the associated
advertising fees.

The run-time for an advertisement is from the first day to the last day of a month. Once an advertising
order has been entered, it will be published the following month where it will run from the first day to
the last day of the given month.

Example: An advertising order that was paid on 15 September will be published on 1 October.


3. Publishing of your "Private classified ad"

Your ad will be published after your oder has been entered and payment has been made.
We reserve the right to publish you ads in corrected form only should they contain recognizable errors.
You do not have an entitlement to get you ads published on our website.

Articles 86,86 a of the German Penal Code(StGB) and other legal provisions of the Federal Republic
of Germany must be strictly adhererd to. As a matter of principle, we do not pbulish ads for fireamars
that are subject to authorization.

4. How do Buyers and Sellers make contact ?

Ads are published as box number advertisement. Any responses to you ad by interested parties
will be forwarded to you by us.

The advertising rates indicated are final prices.Small business operator regulations in accordance with Article 19
of the German Tax Law (UStG) apply. Thus, VAT is neither imposed nor reported on invoices.

You advertisement order constitutes a binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is concludes when we
expressly accept your ad. The company, Galerie Deutsche Geschichte - Proprietor Herbert Forst , makes available
fee-based advertising space to interested parties on its website under the heading "Private classified ads" where
Buyers and Sellers interersted in military-historical items can advertise. We give no guarantee and assume no liability
for the authenticity, characteristics or completeness of items offered through the classified ads places on our site.
